Post subject: User Database Migration Utilities (for version 2.x only)

COMPONENTS
==========
(1) the EXPORT utility: it exports user account information (username, password, airtime credits, etc) into a csv format file that can be used by the Import utility to inject the file back into another FirstSpot user database (e.g. under the circumstance of version upgrade).

(2) the IMPORT utility: it imports a csv file containing user account information into the FirstSpot user database.

POSSIBLE USAGE
============
1. For version upgrade (say, from ver 2.1.1 to 2.1.3), you can export the user database before uninstalling FirstSpot and then import it back after the installation of the new version.

2. Changing the user database from using the default embedded one to, say, MySQL. First, you will export the user database. After configuring the configure FirstSpot to use the new database to store your user accounts, you will then import back the user data accordingly.

THINGS THAT DON'T DO
=================
1. These utilities do not export or import usage log information.
2. The export utility won't help you prepare pre-paid card because the password exported is encrypted. Please use our Bulk User Account Creation Utility to do so ( http://patronsoft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=136 )
