You need make sure URL Tracking is enabled under Access Control. Please restart FirstSpot if you make any change in this setting.

Hi,

Thanks for the responce. I have enabled the URL tracking and can see the website under 'TOP 10' website report.

BUT HOW CAN I GENERATE A REPORT FOR ALL BROWSING HISTORY FOR SPECIFIC USER? For security reasons we would like to keep log of all websites browsed by all users.

Thanks,

Jay

Well, you can go to the URL Tracking UI, open the show log windows and sort by username.

Or you can simply get the all the raw URL csv under FirstSpot directory and manipulate the way you want.
