Post subject: Initial time assigned (mins): [] is greyed out

Hello,

On Plans page, in Free Access Plan

Conditions to suspend this account: Never
When access minutes are used up
Initial time assigned (mins):

is greyed out.

FS v8.07

How can I set it?

Thanks!

Sorry for the lot of questions, but I am heavily testing the SW, and most probably I (or my company )will buy it!

Br,
István

We need to double-check this.

What browser are you currently using? Can you try other browser?

Make sure you the click the checkbox on the left of "When access minutes are used up", then "The Initial time assigned (mins)" textbox will be enabled and you can type in there.

Sir, I am not so stupid :D

First I selected Free Access Plan, then after I had clicked edit both options (mentioned above) stayed grey, the others were editable.

Can you try to uncheck "never" to see whether that helps?

If you still have difficulties, please email us a screenshot at firstspot@patronsoft.com

Any update? Maybe you can create a new Plan and try the same steps again?
