What are the symptoms of your problem? Any specific error message?

Also, what Windows version are you currently using?

Something wrong. Can you post your FirstSpotCore.exe crash error message (which should include the crash address) from Windows Event Viewer here? Also, please post your config.ini here.

We suspect this problem is related to URL Tracking. We need more time to investigate.

Also, are all the crashing addresses (0x000333b9) in the Windows Event Viewer the same?

We actually not exactly why your "URL Tracking" feature causes problem. Please do the followings:

1) shutdown FirstSpot
2) replace tmpurl.dbf under datasource directory with the "blank" file from the original v7.0.5 setup zip file
3) move all the URL Tracking log urltracking_[timestamp].csv from FirstSpot\log directory to somewhere else
4) enable back "URL Tracking"
5) start FirstSpot

Please monitor the situation. If FirstSpotCore.exe crashes, please email us at firstspot@patronsoft.com the remote login insturction.
