Post subject: Invalid Certificate Google Checkout Sign In

Hi We are having a problem that if you have run out of credit and logon, you are redirected to the checkout page, where you select your plan. Once a plan is selected you are redirected to google checkout which is fine. However you cannot login to Googlecheckout to complete the transaction. The sign in boxes show as "invalid certificate".

If however you still had some credit on your account and you just wished to top it up and decided to purchase once logged in to firstspot. Everything would work fine.

I have added google checkout to the url whitelist but this still hasnt worked. Any ideas?

We cannot reproduce this problem in the sandbox.

For the "invalid certificate" error, can you elaborate? There should be more detailed message in the browser.

Also, can you post your firstspot_FSRedirect_[timestamp].log under FirstSpot\log directory>

Can you put:

accounts.google.com

in the Exception Free Websites domain name list, and then restart FirstSpot?

Please remove:

*google*
https://accounts.google.com

and then restart FirstSpot.

If you still have difficulties, please reproduce the problem, and then post your firstspot_FSRedirect_[timestamp].log under FirstSpot\log directory.

But does it work? Please continue to post in the thread (rather than opening new one). Thanks.

We cannot see the web sites that the client tries to access. Please:

1) reproduce the error again
2) zip and email us your firstspot_FSRedirect_[timestamp].log under FirstSpot\log directory to firstspot@patronsoft.com
