I have a paypal account for the business and i want to use it for the purchase of time through firstspot but i do not see where i can set it and remove the username password option from the login page

Note that FirstSpot credit card feature is for you to collect payment from your customers. You can setup FirstSpot credit card feature under Configuration Manager -> Credit Card and Shopping Cart. Refer to chapter 3 & 7 of firstspot_gudie.pdf for details.
