Windows XP Embedded (~40mb installation)

I have installed XP Embedded EVAL to my Wafer ISS-102 (3,5" Disk size MB W/Geode NS 300).
All data is installed on a 64Mb CompactFlash card.

Now i need to know all components needed by FS, this is going to be challenging because lack of installer :)

Apache and PHP installation should be ok, since i know exactly what to copy and where, but FS's registry data and files etc. ??

We use ORCA (the development tool from Microsoft) to build up the installer. You can open the setup.msi using that tool and see the most of the installation flow. However, there are some proprietary logics to update the setting of PHP and Apache servers at the DLL level; which is not open to the public.
