Overlapped Segments

HI,

I have purchased the software and when I try to start the service I get the following error message:

The Private Network Interface and Public Network Interface network segments are overlapped (therefore FirstSpot's routing won't work).
Please change the IP address.

My Ip Setting are:

My private ip is 10.20.7.1 with netmask 255.255.255.0 and my public is set to 10.0.0.2 subnet 255.0.0.0 What am I doing wrong?

I have connectivity on both the AP and the Internet Router.

Hello Simon,

You hit a little bug of ver 2.0, which mistakenly thinks all 10.x.x.x address are the same network. We've fixed in the upcoming version 2.1.

As a workaround, you can change either one of the card to, say, a 192.x.x.x ip.
