Login Screen does not come up

We installed the trial version of FirstSpot and we are having some trouble with the login screen.

We are able to navigate to Google.com as it a Free website and we are also able to open the configuration screen.

The problem is that when we enter an unauthorized website the FirstSpot does not bring up the login screen to give the user an opprotunity enter their user and password like the "sample" account. We even tried to open the login page manually by navigating to http://10.20.7.1:5788. FirstSpot accepts the request and then forwards the request to the "public" address then it times out.

We know people are using the product successfuly so we think the problem is in our configuration. Please see config.ini below for reference. Any help on this issue is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Thanks it worked. Now I have another issue.

I am able to get into the internet but quit often, I get the "page can not be displayed" error. I have the refresh the page to display the site. What did I do wrong?

I had to reinstall Firstspot on another server and now I cannot get any login pages at all. All I get is http://Public_Ip/logged_in.html with a message that I am already logged in and free to surf the net. I have already checked to make sure the offloading is disabled on the private NIC. Is there something else I am missing?

If you see http://Public_Ip/logged_in.html (with a message that states that you are already logged) when you access http://10.20.7.1:5788, it means:

1) you are really logged in. Double-check that whether you have a router between client and FirstSpot.

2) Somehow there is another path for the client to reach the Public side of FirstSpot. Maybe your client has 2 network cards, or the client has another path (i.e. router) to reach the Internet.
