Post subject: Dispatcher Deamon is not Starting

Hello,

at our Customer the Dispatcher service does not start.
The service is in the status "Starting" and does not come up.

when the service is started manual than a message comes up that the service does not respond in time.

in the configuration manager i got this Message:
Thu Oct 24 09:42:28 2013 Check Win32 System Error Code 1058.
