Post subject: failed to update user

Hello,

a customer has the Problem that he is not able to create random users.
He got the error failed to update/add user.
there are about 250 User currently used.

in addition the customer has the problem that users that are expired
are not automaticly deleted althoug the radio button shows auto delete enabled.

must aht auto-delete button also be enabled under the PLANS?

thanks for help.

Kind regards
