Post subject: import usernames and passwords

Hi,
Is there an easy way to import a csv file of 50+ new users with a click of the mouse?
We would also like to have the following parameters:
1. Account logs user out after 15 minutes of inactivity
2. Users set their own password after first login
3. Account is active Monday from 7AM to Saturday 7PM only.

Thanks,

Jan

You can:

1) create a sample user with your required attributes in the UI
2) use the export user table function under Configuration Manager -> Users
3) now, take a look at the .csv under FirstSpot directory and try to mimic the format. Note that you need to use command line encryption tools encrypt_pwd.exe to encrypt the password first before putting it in the .csv
4) once you finish building the .csv file, you can now import it back under Configuration Manager -> Users.

where is the setting to make the account inactive after 15 minutes of inactivity, and requires the user to log in again?

You can set "idle timeout" under Dispatcher (Main).
